FAQs

We don’t charge candidates for our services, so all the fees you will incur will be connected with your visa application and relocation. Refer to this page for a detailed explanation of the possible fees.

We will use the information from your application form to prepare an internal CV. It’s initially anonymised and doesn’t contain personal information like name, gender, and nationality. When a draft is ready, we will send it to you to work on our comments and/or check the information in it. 

Once your CV is finalised, we’ll share it with our clients who have suitable vacancies.

It takes at least 2 months to see a result.

But, the length of the process will depend on how your interviews go (how many vacancies suiting your profile come up, whether you are invited to interviews, and whether you’re hired after the first one or attend many of them over a prolonged period) and how the visa application process goes (whether you have already taken your English test or need to book one, how quickly the Home Office approves your CoS and then processes your visa, and whether a priority service for visas is suspended or not).

If you have an urgent issue and don’t receive a reply from us for several days, you can chat with the customer support bot on our website and explain that you have an urgent issue and have contacted us but haven’t received a reply. 

Please refrain from using the bot for regular communications.

You can upload the videos in Google Drive, WeTransfer, or a similar online platform for transferring large files and send us the links to them via email.

Yes, your partner and children can apply with you as dependents on your Skilled Worker visa. Check out this page for more details.

Unmarried partners should provide reliable evidence of living together for the last 2 years. See here for more information. 

You can use the following as evidence (with the same address for you and your partner):

  • Bank statements
  • Insurance cards
  • Registration with health authorities
  • Utility bills (water, gas, electricity)
  • Common ownership of property/cars
  • Trips/hotel bookings together

To resubmit or update your answer, you need to fill in the form from scratch via the same page on our website, indicating the same email address as before. This way your previous responses will be overwritten in our system. You cannot access and modify your previous submission.

Yes. 

If you want to be temporarily left out of consideration but intend to continue working with us and be considered for our vacancies again later, let us know that you will be unavailable for consideration and for how long  We will put your profile on hold. 

Keep your Nation.better CV with you, and once you’re ready to be considered for vacancies again, write to us quoting your ID and saying that you were a previously qualified candidate so we can resume the process.

Also, let us know if you want to withdraw your profile permanently. We will mark you as unavailable and stop considering you for vacancies.
