FAQs

This process begins from meeting your requirements as a sponsor all the way to assigning Certificates of Sponsorship to your candidates and managing your compliance with Home Office rules.

Depending on your unique requirements and circumstances, this process can look a little different for each company.

What’s important is making sure you have the right support to meet Home Office rules and that you’re managing your responsibilities in terms of recruiting and supporting your foreign candidates.

This will depend on a number of factors including:

  • Whether you’re a registered sponsor
  • The type of Certificate of Sponsorship you need
  • Applicable immigration skills charges
  • Miscellaneous consultancy fees

Through the support of our legal advisers and immigration experts, we help you assess your eligibility and provide a range of support services to ensure you meet the Home Office’s criteria.

Given that your recruitment requirements are likely to be unique, we provide customised support to help you obtain the relevant sponsor licence for your needs.
